| Machining engineering plastics and composite materials requires a thorough mastery of processes and equipment specifically adapted to the characteristics of these materials. Our expertise is built on three complementary areas of know-how: machining, plastic fabrication, and molding, enabling us to meet a wide range of needs, from single parts to production runs. Using high-performance software, we optimize material flow and program our CNC machining centers using part drawings or directly from files provided by our clients' designers. Our fleet includes seven CNC machining centers, entirely dedicated to shaping laminates, composites, and thermoplastics. Among them is the 5-axis TECHMILL (4000 x 2000 x 1200 mm). This setup is complemented by specialized equipment covering all our areas of expertise and ensuring cutting, drilling, milling, molding, turning, and finishing operations.
