Machining engineering plastics and composite products requires expertise and facilities properly suited to the particular nature of these materials. Specialized software enables us to optimize machining rates and to program the CNC machines, either from component drawings, or directly from files prepared by our customers’ own designers. Our facilities, which boast 7 CNC machining centers, including the TECHMILL 5-axis (4000 mm × 2000 mm × 1200 mm), are entirely dedicated to machining laminates and composites. Naturally, these facilities are complemented by specialized machines for cutting, drilling, milling, turning, and finishing conventionally-machined parts.
